Kate Fuller

Class of 2006

"I graduated from UNC Asheville with degrees in Economics and Math in 2006.  Since then, I’ve gotten an M.S. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California at Davis, and am currently in my 4th year of a Ph.D.  program there, studying the bioeconomics of a vector-borne grape disease. 

My experience working with UNC Asheville professors both on their research projects and my own really helped prepare me for graduate school.  I have kept in touch with several UNC Asheville Econ professors, and their continued advice and support has remained invaluable even from 3000 miles away!"
